About me

I am a Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, helping clients create lasting change through a compassionate, evidence-based approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. IFS allows us to explore the different “parts” within you—such as the inner critic, the anxious part, or the people-pleaser—with curiosity and care, rather than judgment. This gentle process helps foster deeper self-understanding, increased self-compassion, and meaningful emotional healing from the inside out.

Alongside IFS, I integrate somatic awareness and a grounded spiritual perspective for clients who wish to include mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and meaning-centered exploration in their therapy. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy hiking, biking, camping, lifting, traveling, reading, yoga, and meditation—practices that help me stay present, balanced, and connected. These values shape how I show up as a therapist: steady, embodied, and deeply respectful of your unique healing journey.
